At NaraMoya, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase of T-Shirts & Tops, Skirts, and Jeans & Pants. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward refund process in compliance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for a refund. Please note that certain items, such as final sale or clearance products, are non-refundable unless defective.

How to Initiate a Refund

To start a refund request, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for sending the item back. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as NaraMoya is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. We will arrange a full refund or replacement, including return shipping costs, after verifying the issue with supporting photos or documentation.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.

Non-Refundable Items

Gift cards, downloadable products, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for refunds. Additionally, any item returned without prior authorization or beyond the 30-day window will be rejected.
