We offer a single, reliable shipping option: Standard Shipping. This method is available for all orders placed on our website, covering all product categories including T-Shirts & Tops, Skirts, and Jeans & Pants.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the delivery destination. Please note that free shipping is not available for any order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Time

Standard Shipping typically delivers within 5–10 business days after processing, depending on your location. Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance or local carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email at [email protected]. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress. Please note that we do not have a user center for order management; all tracking updates will be sent directly to your email.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to addresses within the countries and regions listed at checkout. We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses. If you have any questions about shipping to your location, please contact us at [email protected] before placing your order.

Lost or Damaged Items

NaraMoya is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damage. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
