All transactions are conducted in English, and you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order. NaraMoya reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, or errors in product descriptions or pricing.

Our total liability for any claim related to a product purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific product. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. NaraMoya does not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

All content on the NaraMoya website, including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the exclusive property of NaraMoya or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 4. Refund Policy

NaraMoya is committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. To initiate a refund, please email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect. NaraMoya reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
