If you prefer a unified view of your shipment, we recommend using a reliable third-party tracking platform. One of the most popular and user-friendly options is 17Track. Simply copy your tracking number, paste it into the search bar on their homepage, and click “Track.” The service will display real-time updates from multiple carriers in one place. - Check the Carrier’s Website
For more detailed information, you can also enter your tracking number directly on the shipping carrier’s official website (e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL, or local postal service). The carrier’s site will provide the most accurate and up-to-date status, including estimated delivery dates and any exceptions.
What to Do If Tracking Information Is Not Updating
It is normal for tracking information to take 24–48 hours to appear after the shipment is created. If your tracking number still shows no updates after 3 business days, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and tracking number. We will investigate and provide you with a prompt update.
